This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of our Salesforce platform, as our current owner is moving into a new role on the team. You'll bring your vision and technical expertise to a company that truly values innovation, courage, and curiosity.

The Role:

As our Platform Owner, Salesforce, you'll be the technical backbone of a critical business system that impacts our entire global operation. You'll own the platform from a technical perspective, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and reliable. Your work will have a tangible impact on how our people work and collaborate worldwide, helping them do their best work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Platform Ownership & Optimization: You will plan, manage, and deploy updates and modernizations to our Salesforce platform. Your proactive actions will ensure our operations run smoothly, and you'll participate in a rotating support schedule with the team.
  • System Design: You will define and document how our Salesforce system is built, including how it connects with other platforms, how our data is organized, and how we keep everything secure. This work is all about building strong, reliable systems that are easy to maintain and set us up for long-term success. You'll also be in charge of our version control and deployment processes.
  • Technical Development: You'll develop and maintain the Salesforce platform using Advanced Flows, Apex, and LWC. You will also develop and maintain connected apps, custom apps and solutions, and managed and unmanaged packages.

You:

  • Have a minimum of 2–3 years of advanced technical understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Possess demonstrated expertise in Salesforce functional and technical solution designs and implementations.
  • Have the ability to independently manage an org, deployments, sandboxes, and version control.
  • Are proficient in implementing complex logic using custom Apex code, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Can troubleshoot and debug advanced technical solutions independently.
  • Have an excellent command of English and can clearly communicate complex technical designs in a structured, written format.

As a Platform Owner, Salesforce, you are not only an expert in the field but also a true Framerian at heart. You have a fearless attitude towards challenges and an endless curiosity to learn new ways to solve them. We thrive on curiosity, courage, and collaboration, so we hope that you are ready to challenge the status quo and take action toward making things better.
