A leading international food and beverage company seeks a Platform Manager for CRM to establish a Global Salesforce Ecosystem. We are now seeking a Platform Manager, CRM to help us further build the future of food. You can be based in any of our Paulig locations. This role reports to the Senior IT Manager, Customer Experience, and you will be part of a great team of people based across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish a Global CRM Salesforce Ecosystem for Paulig for the first time and be an active member of the project group. Through this transformation (2025-2027), Paulig will deliver Core CRM Capabilities across all B2B business areas in multiple countries to support a unified commercial approach and develop future-facing competencies in Sales and Customer Service.
As the CRM Platform Manager, you will be responsible for owning the solution concept, technical platform, and application management within Group IT. This role ensures the continuous development, maintenance, and strategic roadmap of the CRM platform while working closely with Business Process Owners, IT teams, and external vendors.
You will play a crucial role in platform backlog ownership, sprint planning, release management, vendor management, and service delivery, ensuring that the platform meets business needs efficiently.
