Job summary

RekryMesta in Keuruu, Central Finland, is hiring plate welders for permanent, on-site roles opening according to the agreement. The team values careful, proactive workers who can operate independently or with others in a professional setting.

You will perform plate welding tasks (MIG/MAG) with TIG as a possible plus, read drawings, measure, and finish parts, and take on daily machine shop duties. Fluent Finnish and a proactive, precise approach are essential for this role.
