Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed M.Sc. degree or equivalent before the start of employment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, including scientific writing.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of solar & heliospheric physics, geosciences, electrodynamics and magnetohydrodynamics.

Responsibilities

• Active member of a top-level multidisciplinary research group.
• Model cosmic ray flux variation and predicted arrival directions.
• Collaborate with the SOCRATES project PI and the research group.
• Publish scientific peer‑reviewed articles and present at conferences.
• Complete a doctoral thesis by the end of the employment period.
