Job description

I am an open, outgoing man born in 1991 who uses a manual wheelchair due to a high spinal injury (tetraplegia C4-6) living in Karinka, Piispanristi.

The role includes assisting with dressing, transfers and maintaining hygiene (showers/washes, catheter care when needed). Also household tasks and errands outside the home and possibly occasional travel.

A thorough orientation will be provided. The job suits someone with care/healthcare experience or who is studying the field. Good Finnish language skills are essential. You must be of legal age, have situational awareness and no physical limitations. A category B driving license is a big advantage for mobility (I have my own car).

The job is two-shift: morning shifts (7:30–18) for 8–9 hours and evening shifts (18–23) for 4–6 hours. You can influence the shift schedule. Also applying for gig/part-time night work.

Salary class B2 14.23€ + experience allowances + evening/night/weekend and other holiday supplements.
