Job summary

Mehiläinen Kotipalvelut unit is seeking personal assistants for Vuotso and surrounding areas for part-time on-call positions. As a personal assistant, you will help with everyday chores such as home management, shopping, and activities outside the home.

The role is not stressful and you will make a tangible difference in the client’s daily life. Shifts can be on weekdays and/or weekends, between 8:00 and 18:00.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in assistance work required.
• Attitude matters more than experience.
• Reliability and commitment to long-term engagement are valued.

Responsibilities

• Help with everyday chores such as home management and shopping.
• Assist with activities outside the home for the client.
• Support the client in daily routines and tasks during shifts (8:00–18:00) on weekdays or weekends.

Mehiläinen Kotipalvelut unit is seeking personal assistants for Vuotso and surrounding areas for part-time on-call positions. As a personal assistant, your tasks include helping the client with everyday chores such as home management, shopping, and activities outside the home. The job is not stressful and you will make a tangible difference in the client’s daily life. We do not require previous experience in assistance work, as attitude is what matters.

Shifts can be on weekdays and/or weekends, primarily between 8:00 and 18:00. Clients appreciate your work and provide positive feedback daily. The wage class is G15A under the private social services sector collective agreement; hourly rate depends on years of experience: 12.79–14.06 EUR/hour plus evening, weekend and holiday allowances. In a on-call arrangement, holiday pay of 9% of the hourly wage is paid in addition.
