We are looking for a People Support Hub Team Lead, Europe to join our team and drive excellence in HR operations. This position reports to the Head of People Support Hub. The preferred work locations are in Poland, Portugal, Spain or Hungary, but other Europe locations can be considered. The role offers the opportunity to lead a regional team of HR professionals, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement in a global setting.
As the People Support Hub (PSH) Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of PSH in the region, ensuring a positive employee experience and contributing to the organization's overall success. This role will offer the opportunity to drive continuous improvement practices with practical operational expertise for excellent global service centre execution.
As a member of the People Support Hub Leadership Team and the Europe HR Leadership, the PSH Team Lead Europe contributes to setting the PSH direction and achieving organizational goals by partnering with Local HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence.
