Airapps is looking for a People Operations Specialist in Helsinki to manage HR and recruiting processes. You will ensure smooth operations from recruitment to employee support, helping to maintain a people-first environment.

This fully onsite role, based in Lisbon, offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting, particularly in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination and employee data management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, welcoming new hires.
