We are seeking a Payroll Specialist/Admin to join our HR Shared Services team in Finland.

Location in Espoo Finland, in Nyköping/Frösundavik Sweden or in Warsaw Poland. You will be part of the local HR and Nordic HR Services team, where you will drive high quality payroll process and act as a local expert in payroll related matters to the whole organization. You will report directly to the head of Payroll & Time in the Nordic Zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and consolidate payroll related materials for our external payroll provider
  • Do needed payroll controls and ensure compliance with payroll related GDPR processes
  • Be the main point of contact to our external payroll provider
  • Admin for local Holiday Planning Tool
  • Manage payroll process development and projects as well as drive continuous improvement
  • Provide support to the organization via global HR ticketing tool
  • Assist with company car administration
  • Contribute to the cross country team work within HR Services Nordics
About you
  • Preferably you have a degree in HR, Accounting, Business or related discipline or experience in the field
  • You have understanding of Finnish labor law, pension and personnel insurance, payroll and sick leave administration
  • You are service-minded and flexible
  • You can work independently and in teams
  • You want to continuously develop yourself
  • You enjoy working with systems, reports and data and you like ensuring efficiency in processes
  • Knowledge of Commercial Sectors\' Collective agreement would be beneficial
  • Fluent Finnish and English is required
To be successful in the role

You need experience from coordinating payroll and advanced excel skills. Preferably you have some experience working for large company in an international setting. As a person you are structured, detail oriented and keen on ensuring and developing efficient processes.
