A leading food-biotech company in Helsinki is seeking a part-time weekend worker for their Bioprocess team. This role requires monitoring bioreactor operations and ensuring smooth processes over the weekends, supporting research projects towards producing animal-free egg protein. The ideal candidate has a technical degree or relevant student experience and must be available for weekend shifts every other weekend.

We are now looking for a part time weekend worker to join our Bioprocess team in Helsinki, Finland.
In this position, you will play an essential role in the bioprocess team by contributing to smooth and continuous operations over weekends, thereby supporting research projects and contributing towards our greater goal of providing animal-free egg protein ingredients to the world. We aim to play a significant role in building the sustainable food system with the help of our partners throughout the world. Towards this goal our team utilizes microbial production systems for expressing egg white proteins using filamentous fungi.

Employment type: Part-time (weekend work) roughly 40 hours per month, fixed term until end of 2026.
