Job summary

ISS Palvelut Oy etsii SIIVOOJAA Tampereelle määräajaksi kiinteistöjen tilojen siivouksesta vastaamaan kaupungin KaLEVA-alueen sekä vastaanotto- ja toimistotilojen puhtautta.

Työ alkaa 6:00 lukien arkipäivisin ja työntekijöitä on n. 20 tuntia viikossa, kokonaistyöaika 2–4,5 tuntia/päivässä. Sopimus päättyy 31.12.2026. Lisäksi tarjolla on etuja ja turvalliset työolot.

Qualifications

• Aiempi siivouksen kokemus vähintään vuodesta.
• Suomen kielen taito on välttämätön.
• Itsenäinen, tarkka ja oma-aloitteinen työote.

Responsibilities

• Vahvistetun Kalevan alueen eläinlääkäriaseman, myymälän ja toimiston tilojen ylläpito ja siivous.
• Vastaanotto- ja toimenpidehuoneiden, myymälän, toimiston, sanitaatio- ja taukoalueiden siivous.

Job Overview

Haemme now SIIVOOJAA in a fixed-term position in TAMPERE. In this role you will maintain the premises of a veterinary clinic, a shop and an office in Kaleva district. You will clean reception and procedure rooms as well as shop, office, sanitary and break areas.

Working Hours and Contract

• Work on weekdays starting from 6:00 for 2-4.5 hours per day and 20 hours per week.
• In autumn, there may be additional shifts from the same sites.
• This fixed-term contract runs until 31 December 2026 and starts as agreed, no later than 10 September 2026.
• Salary follows the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement: 12.59 €/h for wage group 2 and 13.22 €/h for wage group 3 depending on the area being cleaned, with potential additional pay.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance cleaning experience for at least one year.
• Knowledge of Finnish.
• Independence, precision and initiative.
• Excellent service attitude enabling you to organise your work with the client's staff.
