Overview

Nokia Technologies is licensing Nokia intellectual property, including patents and technologies, building on Nokia’s continued innovation and decades of R&D leadership in technologies deployed in virtually all connected devices used today.

What you will contribute and learn

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Support the team with administrative and process-related tasks
  • Assist with budget planning and purchasing processes
  • Manage supplier relationships and law firm assignments
  • Contribute to key litigation management processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across TECH Finance, Global Litigation, and TECH Licensing teams
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities as needed
Key Skills and Experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant tools
  • Strong process management and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience from budget planning and supplier management
  • Proactive mindset and ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Track record of strong team assistance experience
