Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking a Production Test Engineer to work on-site in Hyvinkää, focusing on production testing and test system support. You will troubleshoot, update, and develop test systems while collaborating with a team of engineers in a global environment.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in electrical/electronics/automation and have hands-on testing experience, LabVIEW basics, and knowledge of I2C/SPI/UART; good English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ms.c or Bs.c in electrical, electronics or automation engineering or equivalent fundamental knowledge in electrical engineering.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Some experience of production testing.
• Basic knowledge of LabVIEW.
• Basic knowledge of measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
• Some understanding of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
• Strong communication skills in English (Finnish is an advantage).
• Good teamwork skills and motivation to learn and develop.
• Aspiration to work and succeed as a Test Equipment Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for test stations.
• Troubleshoot and perform updates or modifications to test systems.
• Support test system development activities.
• Collaborate with the production testing team and other engineers.
• Read and work with wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Use measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
