Job summary

Källan is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the test facility in Loviisa to organize daily activities, ensure safe and efficient operation of the electrolyzer, and lead the on-site operator team. The role is based on-site at the Källan facility in Loviisa.

Responsibilities include acting as the on-site lead and actively participating in electrolyzer operation during shifts, with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance in a test facility environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering degree or equivalent technical competence.
• Strong experience in operating industrial facilities, preferably process or energy industries.
• Experience in supervisory responsibilities and team leadership.
• Good knowledge of safety systems, including work permit and LOTO practices.
• Basic knowledge of process control systems (DCS) and IT tools.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily activities at the plant site.
• Act as on-site lead for the operator team and team lead.
• Actively participate in the operation of the electrolyzer during the shift.
