Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in social and crisis on-call work or broad social work experience.
• Familiarity with child welfare social work and related experience is advantageous.
• Crisis work expertise and related training valued.

Responsibilities

• Receive notifications under Child Welfare Act and Social Welfare Act.
• Provide guidance and counseling to clients.
• Conduct home visits in pairs.
• Make entries in Saga client information system.
• Make decisions in urgent situations.
