Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced OFCI Package Manager to join a large-scale data centre project in Helsinki, Finland.

You will own the full lifecycle of OFCI equipment packages, from procurement through installation and commissioning, coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget and spec requirements. The role requires a relevant electrical engineering degree, at least seven years' experience with an M&E contractor on mission-critical

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with an M&E contractor, ideally on mission-critical or large-scale projects.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects from design through to commissioning.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in engineering systems software and project management tools, with the ability to drive efficient delivery and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical and process lead for all OFCI equipment packages, acting as the main point of contact between client-appointed vendors and project stakeholders.
• Manage the OFCI team to ensure all works are effectively engineered, coordinated, and executed in full compliance with project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of OFCI packages — from procurement through delivery, installation, and commissioning — ensuring integration with the overall construction programme.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and commissioning teams to drive alignment and support seamless project delivery.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.
• Track and report on OFCI progress, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to prevent or resolve contractual and operational disputes.
• Ensure all vendor-supplied equipment meets technical, safety, and quality standards prior to installation.
• Maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality, data security, and project compliance requirements at all times.

We are seeking an experienced OFCI Package Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre project in Helsinki Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of OFCI equipment packages, from procurement through to installation and commissioning. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure equipment is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with project specifications. The role will also involve overseeing logistics, monitoring quality, driving risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with all safety and technical standards.
