Job description

Electrical Project Manager (OFCI)

A leading international contractor delivering large-scale mission-critical projects across Europe is seeking an Electrical Project Manager (OFCI – Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed) to join their expanding team in Finland.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key interface with client-appointed vendors, managing technical discussions and escalation of OFCI-related issues.
• Lead and manage the OFCI team to ensure works are engineered, planned, and installed in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate vendor equipment with construction schedules and commissioning milestones.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support engineering, programme, and commissioning deliverables.
• Lead weekly meetings with clients, OFCI vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear reporting and progress tracking.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate issues and risks.
• Provide oversight, technical guidance, and support in managing contract matters and disputes.
• Ensure client confidentiality and security standards are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with an M&E contractor.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in engineering-related software and project systems.
