Job summary

LähiTapiola’s Large Corporate unit is seeking an expert in personnel risk management to consult and develop corporate clients' risk management, especially in occupational safety and work ability management. The role involves engaging with client leadership, training and facilitating managers, and analyzing incident data to produce actionable materials.

The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with Espoo office presence about two days per week, and travel within Finland.

Qualifications

• Experience with risk management systems (TTT systems) and/or work ability management development.
• Knowledge of psychosocial stress factors and their management.
• Facilitation/coaching experience; ability to train in English is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with digital tools and AI.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience with corporate employee insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult and develop LähiTapiola Large Corporate clients' risk management with a focus on occupational safety and work ability management.
• Engage with client leadership and train/facilitate managers.
• Analyze incident data and produce materials for clients.
