Peikkometsän Liikuntapäiväkoti offers quality early childhood education in daycares across Lahti, Espoo, and Nurmijärvi regions. Beyond children's physical activity we emphasize a caring atmosphere between families and staff, adequate staffing and learning environment resources, carefully planned pedagogical methods, and good leadership. In Peikkometsä, the six-group sports-focused daycare will have about 20 early childhood professionals under your leadership. The role is entirely leadership work; the director does not have their own group of children. We want to give the director real time to lead. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the daycare in collaboration with the deputy director and the rest of Peikkometsä’s organization. You should be approachable, visible and present as a leader.
