Pilke päiväkodit Oy in Lahti is seeking an Early Years Teacher for Pilke Music Daycare Onnimanni to support and advance children’s growth, development, and learning. You will implement early childhood education plans, plan and assess pedagogical activities, and contribute to high-quality pedagogy within a warm, professional team.

The position offers a monthly salary of 2831.64–3086.53 EUR based on experience, regional allowance, Master’s allowance, a signing bonus of 1500 EUR, and opportunities

We are now seeking an Early Years Teacher for Pilke Music Daycare Onnimanni in Lahti’s Ahtiala district. The job starts by agreement. Lahti’s first Pilke daycare is located in the Ahtiala neighborhood. Onnimanni’s music-focused daycare has space for 75 children aged 0–6, and also offers a form of preschool education equivalent to municipal preschool. Onnimanni’s music education emphasizes growing with music—singing, moving, clapping, rhythm, and playing together and separately. Every child has the opportunity to experience joy and moments of success through music. We have collaborated with the Lahti Conservatory in music education. At Onnimanni, we work with a warm, sensitive, and professional educator community, and we are now looking for a new early childhood education teacher to join us. You master the contents of early childhood education plans and can implement them in practice. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and proactive attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to engage with children genuinely.
