Job summary

H&MV Engineering is seeking an HSE Advisor to provide proactive Health, Safety and Environmental support for the LPP08 project in the Nordics, ensuring full compliance with HMV HSE standards and local legislation.

The role supports planning, execution and delivery of works while promoting a strong safety culture on site, maintaining RAMS and permits, conducting inspections and trainings, and coordinating with project teams to manage high‑risk activities.

Qualifications

• Essential recognised HSE qualification (NEBOSH, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, permits, and risk assessment processes.
• Experience working in high‑risk construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote HMV’s HSE values and lead by example on site.
• Support site management in fulfilling HSE responsibilities.
• Carry out site HSE inspections and monthly HSE audits.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
