Job summary

If Insurance in Espoo, Finland, seeks a senior leader to establish Nordic Content Management & Visibility as a strategic asset across markets. You will govern lifecycle content and drive discoverability, using data to improve customer experience.

You will lead with local Chapter Leaders, shape a Nordic approach, and enable responsible AI in content creation while ensuring quality and brand consistency. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading content, web or digital experience teams across multiple markets.
• Experience establishing content operating models and lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of content governance, SEO and web management.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms is important, and Optimizely is an advantage.
• You are curious about AI and emerging technologies impacting discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Nordic Content Management & Visibility strategy across digital channels.
• Build and lead the Nordic capability with local Chapter Leaders and align with market needs.
• Use data to continuously improve performance and customer experience.
• Enable responsible use of AI in content creation and optimization while preserving quality.
• Establish governance, standards, processes, and ways of working for Nordic markets.
