Star Arctic Hotel is seeking a professional night receptionist for the winter season 2026–2027. You will work during the night, handling guest check-ins/outs and preparing for the following day, while providing outstanding customer service in English.

The position is full-time (90h/3 weeks) with orientation in mid-November 2026 and a contract under Finnish collective agreements. Shared accommodation in Saariselkä is arranged for a reasonable rent.

The Star Arctic Hotel is uniquely situated on the top of Kaunispää fell, surrounded by the pristine Arctic wilderness and the breathtaking landscapes of a national park. We are looking for professional night receptionist for the winter season 2026–2027!

As a night receptionist, you will work while others are sleeping. Your diverse responsibilities include guest check-ins and check-outs for high-quality accommodation, processing reports, providing customer service, and preparing for the following day. During your shift, you will work independently and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel throughout the night.

We are looking for candidates with previous front desk experience, an independent approach to work, and fluent English language skills. You will work as part of international team - Finnish language skills are not required.

Full‑time employment, 90h/3 weeks, starts with orientation in Mid-November 2026 and lasts til March-April 2027.

Terms of employment are following the Finnish Collective agreement for hotel- and restaurant industry. Salary according to the agreement.

Employment contract will be between Bondata and employee. Shared accommodation in Saariselkä will be organized by the company for a reasonable rent.
