We are looking for a Night Concierge for our client, Skýra Retreat, a high-end accommodation destination. Skýra Retreat’s story: https://www.skyraretreat.com/en/our-story. As Night Shift Guest Service at Skýra Retreat, you are the calm presence who ensures everything runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. This role blends guest-facing care with operational upkeep. You’ll be responsible for responding to any nighttime guest needs (such as room service or requests), completing hotel operational tasks (including night audit routines, laundry, and other tasks), and keeping shared spaces clean and welcoming by morning.

You must be comfortable working independently and staying alert during long, quiet stretches. This is a role for someone with calm confidence, strong practical skills, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and room service needs during the night
• Welcoming guests and handling late check-ins and early check-outs
• Perform basic hotel operational tasks (night audit entries, logs, linen checks, laundry runs)
• Monitor safety and report any issues that arise
• Support early breakfast preparations if needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest service, or night shifts preferred
• Independent, proactive mindset and comfort in working solo
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English required; Finnish and other languages are a plus
• Computer literacy, experience with CloudBeds system
• The workplace is located in Norvajärvi, with a possibility for carpooling
