Job summary

K Group is seeking a Manager (Network and Voice Services) to lead enterprise network operations across Nordic regions, Finland included. You will oversee service delivery, vendor management, and network architecture with a focus on quality and SLA compliance.

The role is hybrid, based in Helsinki, with collaboration across business units and IT. You will work with internal stakeholders, manage documentation, CMDB, and lifecycle processes, and participate in group-wide network design and security

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor / service provider service management.
• Understanding of network technologies and related projects.
• Masters or bachelors degree in relevant field and/or at least 3 years ICT/network experience.
• Experience in leading network-related projects to support business units.

Responsibilities

• Quality of network services deliveries and SLA fulfillment.
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders across business IT and real estate units.
• Budget and cost follow up of the services.
• Development of service delivery and vendor management practices.
• Validating and overseeing service provider actions to meet quality standards.
• Documentation, CMDB data, asset and lifecycle management.
• Participating in Kesko Group level network design, architecture and security operations.
