Job description

Overview

We are hiring Senior, Principal, and Architect-level NetSuite Consultants for our growing Finnish NetSuite team. You can either work remotely, from one of our offices, or in a mixed setup. We value connection and team spirit, with in-person team meetings twice a year. Our NetSuite team operates within a broader international NetSuite community, delivering across four verticals: Software & Services, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process mapping sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and determine how NetSuite can provide value.
• Work directly with clients and/or project teams to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and drive requirements sign-off.
• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the impacts of application configuration decisions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Support existing customers with new enhancements and troubleshoot issues or questions that arise.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ERP consulting, preferably NetSuite, particularly in mid-sized to large multi-subsidiary implementations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Proficient in translating client needs into scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions.
• Certifications such as NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, or NetSuite ERP Consultant are meritorious.
• English required; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to work onsite at client premises may be required.
