Location: Malta On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts (07:00 -15:30 / 15:30- 00:00), 5x week
Contract: Indefinite, Full-Time
Languages Required: Any Nordic Language(C1+) + English (B2)

Are you passionate about digital safety and keen to contribute to a secure online community? We're looking for Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in sunny Malta!

In this hybrid role (70% customer support, 30% content moderation), you'll interact via email and chat only, helping users and ensuring that platforms remain safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)
  • Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
  • Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
  • Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
  • Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets
What Were Looking For:
  • Basic technical skills (MS Office Excel, Word)

  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • No prior experience required full training provided!

  • Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival)

Salary & Benefits:
  • 1625 to 1990 euros/monthly
  • Quarterly government bonus (~130)
  • Performance-based bonus up to 200 twice a year
