Job summary

We are looking for an experienced welder for our client in Sastamala. A permanent role involving MIG/MAG welding and metal fabrication, with some robotic welding potential. Work mainly on small to mid-size pieces and include inspections and other metalworking tasks.

40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexible start times. Initially employed by Henkilöstöliiga, with payroll transfer possible after probation. Requires own car, valid right to work in Finland, and English as working language.

Qualifications

• Several years of welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in MIG/MAG/TIG welding on various steels.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Having a car is essential due to the workplace location.

Responsibilities

• MIG/MAG welding of different steels for small to mid-size parts.
• Additional metalworking tasks and product inspections.
• Possibility of robotic welding as needed.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED WELDER FOR OUR CLIENT IN SASTAMALA!

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are offering a permanent position for an experienced welder and metal fabricator. The work mainly involves MIG/MAG welding of different steels. The size of the workpieces varies considerably, but most are small enough to be handled manually.

In addition to welding, your responsibilities will include other metalworking tasks, product inspections, and potentially some robotic welding.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible starting times between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM.

The employment contract will initially be signed with Henkilöstöliiga, with the possibility of transferring to our client’s payroll after the probationary period.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We expect you to have at least a few years of recent work experience in welding and metal fabrication, proficiency in MIG/MAG/TIG welding, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Having your own car is essential due to the location of the workplace.

You must have a valid work permit or other legal right to work in Finland.

The working language is English.
