The role

We\'re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our dynamic Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of scientific expertise and a client-focused mindset, ready to manage and grow our medical device and pharmaceutical testing services.

In this role, you’ll support clients in navigating the regulatory landscape of Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals by coordinating laboratory testing aligned with applicable regulations. You’ll act as the key link between our clients, who need testing services, and our partner laboratories, who conduct the tests.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying required tests based on client needs and requirements
  • Preparing and delivering offers to our customers and convincing them to buy
  • Coordinating sample submissions to partner laboratories
  • Reporting results to clients and providing technical consultation
  • Supporting clients through every step of the analytical compliance process
What we are looking for
  • Education: We are looking for candidates from a natural sciences background, such as chemistry, biochemistry, bioengineering or other related fields.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries is highly valued.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape for both medical devices and pharmaceuticals is a significant plus. This includes familiarity with relevant standards, guidelines, and quality systems.
  • Business Acumen: Experience with both procuring analytical services from external partner laboratories and selling these services to clients. This role is a key bridge between our partners and our customers.
  • Sales and Client Relations: Proven ability in sales and client-facing roles, with a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You\'ll be a vital part of our team\'s growth, serving as the main point of contact for our clients.
