Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join the Sustainable Energy Agile Unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing strategy development and execution, with a strong ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This role will focus on defining comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics tailored to different segments and products within the Agile Unit, enhancing customer experience, and promoting our solutions to clients. Working model: hybrid. Preferred location: within European time zone.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with the business goals of the Agile Unit, focusing on market positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and demand for sustainable energy solutions, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Use performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on campaign analytics and customer feedback.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to gather insights and continuously improve marketing approaches.
  • Enhance customer experience by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting Agile Unit solutions that address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Development, Communications and Product management, etc. to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial B2B environments.
