In order to accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our high-performing global Revenue Operations team.

As Marketing Operations Specialist you will drive growth while working closely together with other departments to develop and implement revenue processes. We are hiring this role in our Helsinki office, operating on a hybrid work model. Applicants must have the right to work in the respective location, as we do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Who we're looking for

Your background: You have a degree in business, marketing or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in revenue operations or marketing operations, ideally in a SaaS company.

Your A-game:You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously and a great attention to accuracy.

Teamplayer:You are able to work collaboratively and effectively across different departments, stay composed under pressure and tackle challenges with positivity even in tough situations.

Growth-Oriented and Adaptable:You embrace feedback, seek improvement, and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and priorities while driving operational efficiency.

Tech-Savvy: You are confident with new technologies, have a strong understanding of SaaS/tech tools, and are familiar with Salesforce andmarketing systemsto optimize RevOps processes.

Marketing & Pre-Sales Focus: This role is primarily focused onsupporting our marketing and BDR functions. You bring hands-on experience in enablinggo-to-market teams, managinglead lifecycle processes, and drivingcampaign performance insights.

  • HubSpot Knowledge: You have strong working knowledge of HubSpot — from campaign tracking and lead funnel management to reporting and integration with other tools like Salesforce.

You work closely with marketing, BDR, sales, and finance teams to develop and implement revenue processes

You support marketing and pre-sales efforts by ensuring operational alignment, maintaining lead and campaign data, and improving visibility into funnel performance

You manage, optimise, and maintain our Salesforce instance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems

You collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes and ensure accurate and timely data flow across the funnel

You maintain and optimise HubSpot for marketing operations, ensuring effective campaign tracking and seamless integration with Salesforce

You develop and maintain documentation of revenue-related processes and systems, and contribute to forecasting and planning efforts
