Be part of our growth. Join us as Marketing Manager. We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager to temporarily join our Fazer Mills B2B Sales team in Lahti, covering a maternity leave period from December 2025 until January 2027.

You will provide leadership for all digital marketing activities related to the Cereals Business Unit on a global scale, while also directing domestic marketing initiatives within Finland. Your main responsibilities include planning and execution of digital marketing across various channels and formats, as well as comprehensive management of domestic marketing operations, with a key emphasis on organizing and planning events and exhibitions. The position requires a mix of planning, coordination and hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital B2B marketing initiatives both internationally and domestically, covering advertising, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and website management.
  • Track digital marketing performance, report KPIs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and execute domestic marketing, focusing on B2B sales events, campaign management, content creation, sales materials, and distributor collaboration.
  • Manage budgets for digital and domestic marketing activities.
  • Oversee production of marketing materials and content pieces with partners and independently create smaller deliverables such as presentations, fact sheets, leaflets, newsletters, and visuals.

You will be part of a small Marketing Team within an International Sales and Marketing Team with members in Finland and Sweden. You will report to the Senior Marketing and Portfolio Manager, B2B and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. We work mainly in the office.

What you’ll bring to the team

This role is ideal for a B2B marketing professional who possesses both hands-on expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster growth and innovation. You should demonstrate a strong background in digital marketing and event management, robust project management skills, and excellent teamwork and proactive problem-solving abilities while also being able to work independently. A goal-oriented nature, strategic mindset, and positive attitude are essential. Experience in international B2B marketing and/or the food industry is considered an asset.

Requirements
  • Proven skills and experience in digital marketing and event management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English (Swedish skills considered a plus)
  • Advanced software proficiency, including CMS Episerver, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office, GA4, Brandwatch, and expertise in relevant social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
