Job summary

Cadmatic is seeking a Solution Engineer to help marine industry customers maximize value from Cadmatic Wave. You’ll configure, customize, and develop Cadmatic Wave to meet client-specific requirements and business processes.

You will be based in Finland, Germany, or the Netherlands and can work remotely or in a hybrid model, with regular visits to customer sites across Central Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, gather requirements, and ensure smooth deployments and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• Solid PLM implementation, consulting, or software configuration experience.
• Experience in software customization to client needs.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering and writing user stories.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Support technical deployment of Cadmatic Wave in customer environments.
• Develop customer-specific enhancements that extend system capabilities.
• Configure and customize Cadmatic Wave to align with customer workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and solution consultants to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Act as the technical point of contact, ensuring clear communication with customers.
• Oversee system rollouts and data migrations with minimal disruption.
• Provide feedback to R&D based on customer insights.
