Job summary

Aputeam Oy is seeking experienced pipefitters for a shipyard project in Turku, Finland. You will install piping systems across engine rooms and support systems and connect pipes using MMA welding.

The role requires experience in marine pipefitting, ability to work with steel and related alloys, and compliance with Finnish safety cards. Benefit from a diverse international environment and support from an expert team.

Qualifications

• Mandatory marine pipefitting experience in a shipyard.
• Ability to work with marine systems and materials, as well as welding skills.
• Finnish safety cards Työturvallisuuskortti and Tulityökortti.
• Precision, independence, technical problem-solving and teamwork.
• Good command of Finnish or Russian.

Responsibilities

• Install piping systems in vessel areas (engine rooms, fuel, ballast, firefighting).
• Connect pipes using MMA welding.
• Work with heavy-walled steel, stainless steel, copper-nickel alloys, and large cast-iron pipes.
