Job summary

Metsä Group is seeking a Manager, Business AI in Espoo to identify, shape and implement AI initiatives that improve business performance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners across multiple processes and value chains.

In this role you will gain hands-on experience applying AI in a global industrial company, driving one of Metsä’s key transformation areas and contributing to scalable AI methods and tools.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, product management, business development, digital development, transformation or similar roles.
  • Experience independently driving AI projects or initiatives to measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables and move initiatives forward.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to structure complex business challenges and identify practical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating across functions.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, predictive AI, optimization and intelligent automation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

MANAGER, BUSINESS AI

to help identify, shape and implement AI initiatives that improve business performance and create measurable value.

This job is located in Espoo and you will be report to Director, Business AI.

You will:
