You’ll manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and expenses, while working closely with the Operations team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain complex Outlook calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Plan and coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, visas, transfers).

What You Bring:
