Job summary

Finnair is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join the Maintenance Planning team. You will help ensure an airworthy fleet by communicating forecasts to operations and coordinating defect repairs with the MCC and OCC teams during shifts.

You will collaborate with Production Planning, MCC, and Material Management to create feasible maintenance plans. The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Finnish.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent knowledge; able to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and social skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Finnish; able to adapt to a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor airworthiness 24/7 as part of MCC responsibilities.
• Schedule defects and ad hoc works with maintenance teams.
• Create scheduled maintenance plans and feasible slot schedules with OCC/Network Management.
