Job summary

Labsystems Diagnostics Oy in Finland is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to operate and support production machines, ensuring accurate processing and timely batch output of IVD products in compliance with GMP and internal SOPs.

You will handle materials, monitor parameters, perform basic setup and changeovers, and maintain precise batch records. Working daytime, 1 position available; Finnish passport/residence permit holders may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical training in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of production or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail for machine operation.
• Ability to follow SOPs and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines (filling, coating, labeling) per SOPs.
• Prepare and handle process materials accurately.
• Monitor critical parameters (volume, time, temp, concentration).
• Maintain batch records and production documentation.
• Report issues and deviations promptly.
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning and changeovers.
• Follow GMP and ISO 13485 and internal SOPs.

Machine operator

To operate and support production machines ensuring accurate processing, consistent quality, and timely batch output of IVD products in compliance with GMP and internal SOPs

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines (filling, coating, labelling, or related equipment) as per SOPs
• Prepare and handle process materials (reagents, labels, solutions) accurately
• Monitor critical parameters (volume, time, temperature, concentration)
• Conduct basic in-process checks and identify any deviations
• Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and changeover
• Report equipment issues, process deviations, and quality concerns promptly
• Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and internal SOPs

Qualifications

• Diploma / Technical training in relevant field
• 1–3 years experience in production or similar environment
• Attention to details (critical for machine operation accuracy)
• Basic machine handling skills
• Ability to follow SOPs
• Basic computer skills
