Normet Group in Iisalmi is seeking Machine Mechanical Assemblers to perform mechanical and hydraulic installation on mining and tunnelling equipment. The role covers final, pre-, line, line station assembly across various equipment types as needed.

We are now looking for Machine Mechanical Assemblers for Normet in Iisalmi.

Your main tasks will be mechanical and hydraulic installation tasks for mining and tunneling equipment manufactured by Normet. The work is versatile installation work either in line assembly, site assembly or pre-assembly.

Main work / responsibilities

• Mechanical and hydraulic assembly work on Normet mining and tunnelling equipment.
• Work can be done in final assembly, pre-assembly, line assembly, station assembly, or different equipment types depending on assignment.

Education / experience

• Suitable technical/vocational education for the field.
• Normet machines hydraulics knowledge skills.
• Experience in Normet machine/equipment assembly or maintenance.
• Experience with the use of Normes, Sovelia.
• At least one year of experience in similar tasks is required.

The employment contract will be signed with StaffPoint. The selected candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination and drug test before starting employment. The position is scheduled to start in March 2027, and the employment contract is fixed-term for one year.
