Job summary

Suomen Rakennuslogistiikka Oy in Lappeenranta is seeking careful and skilled load securing technicians and construction logistics workers for a long-term project. You will help ensure safe load securing and support site logistics across a range of duties.

You will secure and release loads for lifting, coordinate with crane and reach truck operators, unload materials, and assist with traffic and site cleanliness. Fluency in Finnish is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid load securing qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Good physical condition and responsible approach.
• Fluent Finnish (English a plus).
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Experience on large construction sites.

We are seeking careful and skilled load securing technicians and construction logistics workers for a project in Lappeenranta. In this role you ensure the safety of securing loads and support smooth site logistics with a range of duties. Tasks depend on competence and customer needs. START IMMEDIATELY/AS PER CONTRACT.

Your duties include:

• securing and releasing loads for lifting
• coordinating with crane and reach truck operators and other site staff
• unloading and moving incoming materials
• assisting site traffic arrangements and site cleanliness

We expect:

• valid load securing qualification or equivalent work experience
• good physical condition and responsible approach
• fluent Finnish (English a plus)
• good communication skills and reliability
• forklift driving is a plus
• experience on large construction sites
