Job description

We are growing our team and seek a Participating Night Shift Supervisor for the Lahti project. The Participating Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating logistics work on construction sites together with other site supervisors.

• managing material flows and coordinating
• organizing hoardings
• debris removal and waste management
• maintaining cleanliness and safety on site
• directing and developing on-site services

We expect:

• experience in construction logistics on sites and/or strong site-work experience
• basic IT skills
• fluent Finnish (English is a plus)
• good communication and collaboration skills
• a proactive mindset
• willingness to work night shifts
