Job summary

Nokia in Espoo, Finland, invites a proactive Trainee to support the Technology Standards litigation program management within an international corporate environment. The role offers exposure to legal operations, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across legal, business, and operations teams.

You will assist in day-to-day activities, learn about litigation project management, and contribute to efficient processes and workflows while developing practical legal operations

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Law (BSc. or MSc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 environment
• Fluent English with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Litigation Program Management team in ongoing projects and day-to-day activities related to the management of litigation projects.
• Support administration and maintenance of litigation matters and related information in legal management systems.
• Develop understanding of litigation project management and the business aspects of corporate litigation, including budgeting, reporting, and process management.
• Assist in developing and improving processes and operational workflows within the Litigation Program Management function.
• Gain exposure to global litigation management, legal operations, and cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment.
• Perform ad-hoc requests such as meeting preparation, reporting, etc.
