Qualifications

• Expertise in Lifecare and healthcare workflows
• Willingness to work closely with customers in versatile projects
• Ability to learn new things and adapt to changing environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent Finnish language skills (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Help customers maximize the value of new features and support adoption into daily operations
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Lifecare project delivery
• Support product development teams with best possible solutions for customers
• Contribute to sales and planning of future consulting services
