Job summary

Tieto Caretech in Finland is seeking a Solution Consultant to join the Lifecare delivery team. You will work with healthcare providers on Lifecare projects, focusing on developing and delivering solutions that improve patient care.

The role emphasizes close collaboration with customers, hybrid work with regular office visits, and AI literacy to enhance quality and productivity while complying with privacy and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lifecare or similar patient information systems.
• Willingness to work closely with customers on versatile projects.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Finnish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Help customers maximize the value of new features and support adoption.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Lifecare project delivery from consultation viewpoint.
• Support product development teams with expertise to create optimal solutions.
• Contribute to sales and planning of future consulting services.
