You will guide claims from intake through compensation, provide legal expertise in damages and contract law, and participate in appeals while supporting other insurance-related operations.

The role requires a Master of Laws (OTM), strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a legal professional for a permanent position at LähiTapiola Keski-Suomi, Jyväskylä office. As a lawyer, you will handle liability and fault-related claims for private, corporate and community clients in a high-quality, smooth manner. Your duties include the comprehensive handling of the liability and fault claim process from taking possession to the compensation decision. You will provide legal support and expertise in damages compensation and interpretation of contract law, and participate in appeal proceedings. You will also act as a legal expert in other insurance compensation operations and, at the same time, take care of the life protection of owner-customers in a versatile manner.
