Overview
Were looking for a Legal Affairs & Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, international team in Rovaniemi. This is a hybrid role that combines legal knowledge with hands-on coordination of internal operations. Youll be the bridge between our leadership and our team on the ground, helping ensure the company runs smoothly, with high efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to provide legal insights and ensure business decisions are aligned with Finnish law
- Support licensing, permits, HR policies, and internal regulations
- Oversee and streamline office operations, internal communication, and administrative coordination
- Act as a key liaison between departments, helping to coordinate schedules, procedures, and logistics
- Draft internal communications, reports, and company documentation in Finnish and English
- Coordinate external communication with Finnish authorities and partners when legal or formal matters are involved
- Support Operations teams
Requirements
- Native Finnish speaker, fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Solid background in legal studies, legal administration, or related field
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator, Legal Administrator, or Administrative Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of Finnish labor laws, administrative regulations, and public authority procedures
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Bonus if you have

- Ability to translate legal concepts into practical, everyday company procedures
