Job summary

Huhtamaki in Espoo seeks a Lead System Specialist to act as the technical lead for our cloud platform. You will shape IT infrastructure, resolve complex issues, and mentor cloud admins while upholding service excellence.

You will oversee day-to-day cloud operations, develop resilient infrastructure, and lead advanced troubleshooting with Azure DNS and Terraform modules. Excellent English skills required. Based in Espoo, four days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 8+ years hands-on experience with hosting services (Azure, Oracle, VMware).
• Terraform for infrastructure automation and compliance expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking (VNets, subnets, routing, NSGs, firewalls, private endpoints).
• Azure DNS management and domain architecture experience; scalable solution design with Azure Architects.
• Experience developing templates, standards, and best practices for cloud and IT operations.
• Effective trainer and mentor, skilled in sharing knowledge and elevating team capabilities.
• Service-minded with strong technical acumen and focus on delivering user value.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work extensively with Azure networking components, ensuring secure, well‑architected, and scalable network designs.
• Administer and manage Azure DNS zones, records, and related name resolution components.
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules, ensuring consistent provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain IT cloud standards, policy documentation, and technical guidelines.
