Job summary

Posti Group is seeking a Lead Software Developer to strengthen our AI competence and build high-quality backend services in Python on AWS. You will collaborate with product owners and domain experts to influence architectural choices and deliver value beyond a single team.

You will drive AI-enabled improvements across Posti's operations and software platforms, shaping the way we work and delivering scalable, robust services that affect millions of users.

We're looking for a Lead Software Developer to strengthen our AI competence in Posti's business operations.

Additionally, you'll build high-quality backend services with Python and AWS, work closely with product owners and domain owners, and have an impact that reaches beyond a single team.

You might be the right fit if you have:

• Hands‑on experience applying AI to real business operations, beyond hobby and PoC projects
• Solid experience on the backend side with Python and AWS
• Genuine curiosity about new AI technologies, libraries and best practices in the area
• Experience across the full SDLC
• Experience leading the technical direction, representing engineers, and making architectural decisions and tradeoff calls
