As a Lead Integration Consultant at Vincit, you will take a central role in our clients' success. This position is about more than technical leadership; it’s about owning the client relationship within your area of expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor, innovating and strategizing to solve complex challenges. By deeply understanding your clients' business, you will ensure the success of current SAP Integration projects and proactively identify and open new avenues of work, building a vibrant pipeline of challenging engagements.

You will join a large and skilled SAP expert community (over 150), and work with the broader Vincit ecosystem to bounce ideas and develop your own expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the client relationship within your area of SAP integration expertise.
• Act as a trusted advisor, innovating and strategizing to solve complex challenges.
• Understand clients' business needs to translate them into robust technical requirements.
• Ensure the success of SAP Integration projects and proactively identify new opportunities, building a pipeline of engagements.
• Collaborate with a large SAP expert community and the broader Vincit ecosystem.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Expertise in SAP Integration: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite; solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem. Process and technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA is highly valued. Knowledge of SAP PI/PO and other integration platforms is a strong plus.
