Overview

At Vincit, we are known for building outstanding SAP solutions for our strategic customers. We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Consultant to join our team. As a Lead Integration Consultant, you will take a central role in our clients\' success and own the client relationship within your area of expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor, innovating and strategizing to solve complex challenges, and you will proactively identify and open new avenues of work, building a vibrant pipeline of engagements.

You will join a large and skilled group of SAP experts (over 150) and collaborate across the Vincit ecosystem to develop your own expertise with great minds.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship within your area of expertise and act as a trusted advisor.
• Guide and lead technical teams, delegate effectively, and support the mission with passion.
• Ensure success of SAP Integration projects and proactively identify new opportunities to expand the scope of work.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into robust technical requirements.
• Contribute to a growth-focused mindset, participate in presales activities, and discuss customer business development needs from an integration perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across Vincit while maintaining a strong focus on teamwork and client outcomes.
• Fluency in English is essential for collaboration with international clients and internal teams; Finnish language skills are a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SAP Integration: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite and solid understanding of the broader SAP ecosystem.
• Process and technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA is highly valued; knowledge of SAP PI/PO and other integration platforms is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities: ability to guide technical teams, delegate effectively, and support the mission with passion.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to engage with clients, understand their business, and translate into robust technical requirements.
• Growth-oriented with interest in contributing to presales and deeper discussions on business development from an integration standpoint.
• A team player who is open to new challenges, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English required; Finnish language skills are advantageous.
